Business RecorderUsing the Vidicode Business recorder, not a word of what has been said during a meeting will be lost. Built in hard disk and CD recorder
Up to 2127 hours of recording time on the hard disk (MP3 64 kB /sec). and 21 hours on CD. Uncompressed WAVE (CD quality) 97 hours on hard disk.



Marker function
During recording markers can be placed with the remote control. When playing the recordings it is possible to jump from marker to marker.

Software for easy access of the recordings
The included PC software presents the recordings as a list. It's possible to download them to a PC, play back faster of slower and jump from marker to marker

Acces the Business recorder via your browser, play back recordings in Windows media player of Quick time.

Several recording formats
 The Business Recorder records in excellent sound quality. The recorded sound is stored in MP3 or WAVE format any computer can play back.

Export recordings to attach them to an e-mail message.
Accessories
Recordings can be protected from unauthorised play back or alterartion with a CryptoCard set. A Foot pedal and headset can be quite useful for a person making the minutes of a meeting. .
Internal and external microphones
The Bsiness recorder has a built in microphone, and external micrphone inputs. It can also be connected to existing microphone systems in conference rooms.

Multi Lingual
The Business recorder access software has been made Multi Lingual. The software is available in English, German and Dutch. More languages will follow.

The Business Recorder hardware & software are easy to install without technical knowledge. The included manual explains the installation process.

No room for doubts
The Businesss recorder Access Software provides easy access to the database. The database is displayed on your computer screen as a list of recordings. In the list the recording properties like date and time of the recording and number of markers and much more, are stored with the actual recording and can be viewed. Queries can be made to find a specific recording quickly.









Functions
The software supplied has been specially developed to deal with and archive the large number of recordings made by the Call Recorder Pico..

It offers the following functions:

  • Extensive select and search function: it is easy to make selections based on, for instance, year, month or week.
  • Export and import possibilities: certain recordings or selections of recordings can be exported onto CD-R or USB stick, or attached to an e-mail.
  • Presentation can be configured by the user: You can determine exactly how the software should present the data.
